Альянс для RUSST: Negotiations

Sorry for the delay with the answer, had a discussion with members of my corporation in order to find out what do they think about the future in general and about moving to Etherium in particularly.
There are of course many questions about your proposal, the most significant concerns are below:
1. We might not be able to agree with an obligation to participate in KTA – most personages of my colleagues are 2-4 month old. Though my corporation has 2 websites and we do understand seo (search engine optimization), thus that’s not going to be a problem in future – we recruit well, and as long as PLEX is not a problem, any given person seeks for pvp, I guess. As for myself - I never had an interest in wqar skills, science and production along with a corp skills were my priorities. But now I almost done with that and going to start with ships and weapons.
2. Most probably we have different time zones, which means there is not too much time we are going to play same time. On the one hand that is great – we are not going to interrupt somebody’s hunting or mining. On the other hand we won’t be able to participate in your activities a lot.
3. My pilots are not very good in English, cause most of them are Russians or former Sovet Union’s countries citizens, nobody needs English in real life, right as you have no need in russian or ukrainian language. That is going to make interaction somewhat difficult as well.
All this concerns might be nothing and we’ll do well, or might cause some troubles for my or somebody’s corporation.
But most of the pilots are agreed to go to Etherium anyway. That’s why my idea would be to give it a try – we'll become a member of your alliance, and after some time will see how it works and decide how it’s going to be. By the way, I have already asked one other Russian corp if they would like to join. They said yes, if everything is fine there, although they have 6-7 pilots, but they have more skillful personages and null sistems might be a reason to grow for them as well. Thus we are not going to be the only Russian speaking corporation in your alliance if you wish!
Let me know if you are ready and we’ll join your alliance. Hopefully everything will be fine once we are in Etherium!
